Honestly, I've been around. They treat people nicely. Happy to see you upon entering. The supervisor is great!. I like her. They keep themselves well stocked. Much variety, I must say.

It’s only 4 stars because some of the prices for certain items are to me over priced. The real reason for the review is Sammy and she gets 5 stars.This women deserves a raise. I had gone in a couple times before and wasn’t going to back. Then I met Sammy. She is always pleasant, knowledgeable, sweet and extremely considerate. She is the sole reason I go to this store. Even if I’m having a bad day I know Sammy is going to be sweet and kind to me if no one else is. She really deserves her own store.

I have tried hard to like this place. On the outside it seems like a big shop with lots of selection. Underneath younwill find a staff of young men who are short and rude if that. The owner doesnt order consumables like tanks and coils quick enough so they are often out. It isnt their fault WPB sucks as far as vape shops, this is just a run of the mill one.

Don’t go here. Staff is very unfriendly and rude. I walked in for a simple purchase and it was the most uncomfortable and appalling experience.

I have came here twice and costumer service has always been horrible !! November 12 at 5:46 pm I came in here for a glass pice waited over 10 min didn’t once get help due to employee dealing with 3 women who couldn’t afford what ever they were trying to buy . Ended up leaving
