This is hands down the best smoke shop in town! Every time I stop by, I get top-notch service, especially from Tuna. He’s super knowledgeable about all the products, always ready to give great recommendations, and makes the whole experience smooth and easy. Whether you need help picking out the perfect piece or just have questions, he’s got you covered. The shop itself has a great selection and fair prices, but the customer service is what really sets it apart. Definitely my go-to spot.

This is my favorite smoke shop. All the employees are absolutely amazing!! They are knowledgeable and friendly. I especially thankful for the phone call I got last night letting me know I won a prize in the raffle. You guys are the best. If you’re looking for a great shop look no further !!

Worst smoke-shop in Orlando never visit them. If you purchase an item they won’t exchange or refund even if you don’t step out of their store. Plus they want you to buy $5 worth of products. I was just in their and I bought a raw papers and they lady who was serving me refuse to exchange even thou it was literally 5 sec of me buying that raw papers.

They should fire the guy working behind the counter. He was very sketchy and extremely rude! I'm taking my business to a better smoke shop. This place would get a negative star rating if possible.
