I have been looking for a good location with a strong reputation. When I found House of Smoke I was so happy to know that they were close by and had everything you will ever need to get, well you know. They also are black-owned which makes it even better to spend money there.

I guess yall can add me to the list of those that came during suggested business hours & it was still closed. I also live down the street but it's still a nuisance. It says they open 10am on Sunday and it's now 10:50 & no one is here. I'm surprised at the good reviews bc how'd yall get in? lol. I'll give it another try. Til then, just update the info on Google & save yall selves some low ratings.

I purchased a bottle of CBD gummies today from this shop, only to realize once I got home that they expire next month (6/2025), which is just two weeks away. These products typically have a 12-month shelf life, so it was frustrating to spend $35 on something that’s basically at the end of its lifespan. When I called to ask about an exchange, I was told there’s a strict “no refund/no return” policy. I asked to speak to a manager or at least find out when a manager would be available. The employee couldn’t give me a name or tell me when the manager would be in, which makes it feel like there’s no path to resolving customer issues at all. I wasn’t asking for much—just a product with a fair shelf life. It’s not reasonable to expect a customer to consume 50 gummies in two weeks. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to help really soured my experience. I won’t be returning.
