Tropic Haze Smoke Shop Vape Shop

Stopped by on Black Friday night and the guy that was working was VERY knowledgeable about all the different THC options. As someone with a high tolerance who started smoking in the 2010s, all of the options at smoke shops are extremely overwhelming because NONE of these things were legal back then, so there was no reason to bother learning the differences. The only options we had were whatever our friends could get their hands on. If we ever got to try a cartridge or a pen, it was always some unbranded little tube of oil someone brought home in their underwear from California. I’ve been buying these legal delta 8 carts for about 4 years now, and I’ve never had an employee even bother to explain any of the options to me. The employee helped me pick a brand that had clean ingredients because that’s important to me. Now I feel like I can go into smoke shops and find the right product instead of just buying whatever has the coolest packaging. I live 20 minutes from this location, and there are so many shops closer to me, but I will definitely be going out of my way to come to this location next time. I usually just go to a certain store that starts with an X because it’s 5 mins away, and their employees just recommend whatever is the most expensive. They don’t actually know anything about their products. The guy that helped me patiently explained everything for me and it honestly changed my entire perspective. He gave me information that I’ve been googling for years and couldn’t find answers to. I am posting this review in hopes that the owner will see this, find out who closed on Black Friday, and give him the recognition he deserves.

Great experience massive selection ,super friendly manager/owner I will definitely be back prices are wonderful. Very good advice given here. Great prices as well!!!

I love this place! If I’m not near the winder location I come to the Auburn location! They are both amazing! They always have the best products And the best employees (aka Amber)! Amber is always super nice and informative. She is great at recommending products! The stores are always clean and all the staff members are nice and helpful! (Sometimes if you’re lucky they will have cute little animals you can play with!)

Been coming here consistently for the great selection, but most of all the great service! Staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable! Can always count on my favorites to be in stock and new items to try!

Great folks and nice store, ): however I got a super looper, sunset sherbert, only hit it a few times before it randomly started firing by itself in my pocket! And it wouldn’t stop until it ran out of battery, and burnt up all the oil, not to mention it could’ve started a fire. Only had it for a day, hadn’t charged it or hit it more than 15-20 times and the button wasn’t stuck, 100% it wasn’t user error, so just be warned when buying a super looper ):
