The store itself is always clean, organized, and well-stocked — easily my go-to smoke shop.

It used to be really good but now the inventory is lacking when it comes to vape juice. They haven't had what I've needed for a few weeks!

Terrible customer service. I bought Camo wraps and the pack was so old I could not open the it. I had to rip it to shreds and I brought them back in instantly I had not left the parking lot. The wraps were very dry and crusty . I came back in and asked could I swap them out and was told no and also no on the refund.. I asked for a product specifically by name and I was told they were all out when the item was on the shelf the whole time I had to point it out so I could buy what I came for.. also I wanted to enter my phone number for the rewards program and the cashier could’ve card less and didn’t want to take the time to enter my phone number complaining saying to me I would only get 20 cents .. it doesn’t matter I want all my rewards points. My sister shops here all the time and she said she is going to bring this to your attention again. You may have lost a customer
