I went to the cloud 9 by my house and they didn’t have the pods I needed. The manager there called the other location and they had it so I went there to get them. The new location is right by my job. Everyone at both locations are amazing and are so knowledgeable about anything and everything. I will be telling everyone I know about both locations. I am a permanent loyal customer.

The ladies were extremely welcoming when we walked in. They had exactly what we wanted and were knowledgeable of everything that we asked for. Signing up for the membership immediately! My husband is extremely picky about his hookahs and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, especially sweet!
