Love this place.. cash one of the workers is the best. Very helpful and knowledgeable. My hubs goes here religiously because of the great service we get. Best customer service ever seriously. I'm not from Georgia but he even recommended places to try for dinner. The store was out of a product we buy and he gave us a list of there other locations and phone numbers so we can get what we need.. we will be back ..

Super clean, very organized. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. As well as friendly and polite. Really beautiful glass and accessories. We are very pleased with the fair prices and beautiful selection. We will definitely return!

Jays customer service was terrible. You don’t tell a customer to go back to where they came from. Regardless if the customer used the wrong terminology to buy a product, it’s not up to her to insult customers. It was clear I was in the wrong and I had apologized, but to insult me in front of customers was out of line. Someone should really look into how she treated me today, because it was severely OUT OF LINE.. This was extremely humiliating. You have two choices when a customer uses the wrong terminology for a product. 1. You kicked the out the store with no exceptions. 2. You explain to them that they’re not allowed to use certain words, and move on. You don’t keep humiliating them because you feel the need to be extra unprofessional. At the end of the day, we are all customer and you have to be professional. I hope management can see and hear a video clip of how she handle herself.
