Hawaii Kratom THC & Smoke Shop - Ala Moana

I stopped by yesterday and Marisa helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Excellent customer service.

Only place I found within a reasonable distance with reasonable prices on Kratom extract. The employees are super friendly and really appreciated my business which actually made the sting of handing my $$$ over a little easier on me. They also have plain leaf capsules, “Third Eye”, that are inexpensive and the quality is great!!

I’ve been to this store a couple times because the staff is normally very helpful and they have a good selection of products. This past Saturday I went in and got some chocolate instead of gummies since they said they were out. I bought 5 of the Xite chocolate squares and went to open one today, but it seemed to be old with crust on it. I went to open the other ones and they were crusty and old as well. I called the store to explain what I bought, when I bought it and ask if I could come by to either switch them out or receive a credit. One of the guys whom I was speaking to on the phone just stopped talking, pretended the phone went out but I could hear noise in the background. I kept saying hello three times but decided to hang up. I just thought that was really rude and didn’t expect to be treated like that after this store being the only one I am faithful to purchasing from. May change now.

I asked "do you sell shisha?" girl said no. I turn around and it was in front of her face... I wanted to finally try Kratom and asked, "What do you feel off one of those shots?" Girl says "well, I haven't tried it. But honestly... if you haven't tried it, DONT! cause I hear it can be highly addictive" 🙄 2 questions she cant answer so I just left. If I rolled my eyes any harder they'd pop out of my head.

Will not give out prices over the phone. So ridiculous. I probably would have bought more than the banger I inquired about had you answered my question. Instead I won’t even check out your store now. So worried about competitors knowing your prices when any of them can just walk in and ask. Rather not trek it across the island and waste my gas to find out you don’t even have what I need.
