Tuff Puff Tobacco is the best shop around! They always have a wide variety of products, great prices, and everything is super organized. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help with recommendations. Every visit is smooth and hassle-free. Definitely my go-to spot for all tobacco needs.

I've been coming here for a while and never had a problem. So when I purchased a Posh xtron that didn't work, I assumed that they would replace it. They tried to say they dont know if I bought it from their store. I pulled up my banking information and showed them the transaction. He even went into his system and saw that I did indeed make the purchase. He wanted to convince me that it needed to be charged, he put it on the charger, and it still didn't work. I told him I wasn't looking for a full refund, I just wanted it replaced. He refused. I do not recommend coming to this store. In today's economy, no one wants to waste money. It's the stores responsibility to make sure they have working products, and take accountability if something doesn't work. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1, is because before this, I never had a problem. Unfortunately I won't be back. Go to Big Daddy instead. It's also right off of 87th and Harlem. Located in the strip mall that's just south of the McDonald's.

Weird hours never open the same time not even open rn 5:10 ive seen so many people come up park n leave cause they realize its not open yes they have a good selection but all of it is taxed check all of it online before buying. there def selling somthing out the back got a room they cheif in back there all day guys walkin in and out of the private back room

Went and bought two Geek Bars for the first time from this place paid 65 dollars felt like I got scammed. Charges Wayyyyyyyyyy too much.
