Roots Smoke & Vapor Shop

I initially wrote a bad review about over-pricing ever since the shop changed owner. I decided to delete it since I wanted to support small/local businesses. I came back another time thinking my previous bad experience was an outlier. This time I bought less items and got charged even more than the last time I got over-charged. I confronted the manager of the shop and told them it looks like I was overcharged while I bought even less items. Manager admitted while still being on the phone, complained that business hasn't been great lately and apologized profusely. She gave me a reimbursement less than half the over-charge difference. I consider the rest of my money as a goodbye-tip as of now I can never recommend this shop to anyone anymore. I've been a customer of this place for 4 years and it all ended with the change of management. Good luck everyone else. Cheers

The one lady who works here is super rude as well as selective with her customers. She refuses service to my friend and I when it’s something we’ve purchased 100 times before the in the past. Sometimes she is nice and will get me the vape I would like, but other times she pretends like they “don’t have any” so we proceeded to leave. Not good customer service, as she’s always talking on her cell phone when speaking to customers.

Always friendly and courteous. Reasonable prices too! Check them out !
