Discount Tobacco is my favorite place to be. Employees there treat everyone like family s hello as soon as you enter the door. And a sincerness to all. I spend many hours in the game room.
Store is always pretty clean, I receive awesome service every time and their prices would be hard to beat around central IL
Service generally good, but prices are bad. They also don't carry the coils I use, nor will they. So much cheaper to go to Smokers Den in Bloomington...especially since I have to go there for the coils anyway.
Went to buy cigars, prices are hand written as if they where on sale, then when checking out the prices are 25-40% higher. I ask for my money back and then apologized to the cashier for my strong negative opinion on how the owner - cooperation is misleading customers.. Shame- Shame on them trying to deceive small town customers trying to buy local.
Prices are great inside the Humidor written on each product, until you checkout. The prices are misleading due to priced more at checkout. Depending on Cigar can be up to two dollars more. Will not be going back. Very misleading.
