I went in trying to find a replacement for 5% disposable vapes to lower my dose and they were very welcoming and educated me on having a device to save money compared to disposables and having more options for nicotine with lower doses. They recommended me a good 3.5% nicotine juice and $20 dollar device that was easy to use and small. After going home and trying it, I realized the juice didn’t work best for me. The nicotine percent was perfect but it didn’t have the ice or cooling factor most disposable vapes do which I realized I needed. I went back an hour or two later and tried to by a juice a little lower and get something icy. They welcomed me back without a problem and helped me find an icy juice. At the cash register, one of the staff members gifted me an extra pod for the juice which most places wouldn’t do. I really appreciated that so I’m leaving a review. I’m using the new juice Daze Salt Series Fusion Raspberry Green Apple Watermelon and it was at 3% nic!! ITS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Shout out to the crystal lake Smoke Depot. everytime I go they give me a 11/10 customer experience. I went in recently and couldn’t be happier. This is the best smoke shop in the area Thank you to the people working today!

Very unhappy with a product I’ve bought from here the north stellar brand that says they do 40,000 puff but for someone that doesn’t smoke a lot you would think this will last a long time and especially for paying over $30 dollar but I was wrong I’ve bought 2 of them thinking maybe first one is defective but second one did the same in after 4 days the juice bar runs out and it just taste horrible and when I bring the issue up to the staff at location the kids behind counter say well it’s a china product what do u expect it to be! I use to smoke tax and that use to last me for the 9k puff ones easy 2-2.5 weeks without a issue these NORTH STELLAR are junk and shouldn’t be sold cause it’s false advertising on product your selling. Worse part of this they store tried to sell me the 5k puff version for almost $25 bucks when 40k puff one only a few bucks more. Get rid of the false advertising product ur selling! I’ve spent too much of my time and money for junk and staff at store don’t seem to care cause they say it’s made in china and it’s not their problem the product junk
