Chicago Gift & Vape

I’ve been coming to Chicago Gift & Vape for almost two years now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. Every single employee I’ve dealt with has been super nice, helpful, and genuinely willing to listen. That matters to me. They never rush you and always take the time to make great suggestions. In all my time coming here, I’ve only had one issue with a vape. I didn’t really expect anything to come of it, but I figured it was at least worth asking. The employee actually tried the vape himself, realized it was defective, and immediately said he’d take it back, dispute it with the company, and offered me an exchange. I was honestly surprised and really appreciated that level of customer service. Like I always tell my daughter, the worst someone can say is no—but sometimes they say yes. I’m glad I took my own advice this time. This place truly stands behind what they sell and treats their customers with respect. Highly recommend.
