Stopped in to grab some little cigars and a glass bowl, the first trip was pleasant, got home, all of the cigars were stale and dry, and my fault but I bought the wrong size bowl, so I went back and asked to exchange it, the cashier told me she didn’t have the authority to exchange it. After a less than pleasant interaction with the cashier, the owner contacted me and made it right, I stopped in and the item was exchanged and it ended up being a positive experience.

Sell defective vapes and won’t give cash back or a replacement. I bought a vape. Tried it 30 seconds later and it was defective. Lady said she can’t do anything about it. Out $25 and had to buy another vape. Avoid at all costs. Unethical business

Return policy sucks sold me the wrong item and won't return it

Bought a banger, nail and bead from here and the product wasn’t what was listed on the package and wouldn’t work for my glass piece. Owner refused to swap it for the correct one. 0/10 chance of ever coming back here

Just bought a pen 45 minutes ago and charged it. Well, it won't turn on. So I brought it back and the store owner refused to refund or exchange it. Told me it wasn't his problem and to mail it to the manufacturer. I was then told to buy something or leave. I only gave it 1 star or it wouldn't let me post.
