I went in Wednesday and the gentleman working was very nice and kind. He didn't have the coils I needed, but assured me they be in a couple days, so I decided to call first, so I did and a guy answered and instead of looking he told me to call back after the owner came in, seriously??? So I did call and the owner answered and said he got them in yesterday so I went to get them and was quite upset after I realized how much I was charged. I only went back here because he said I could get my coils and juice for $36. That's $10 cheaper than my usual vape store "Vaporized" but after getting both and adding it up. I saved a whole $1.77. Not worth it to me because the people who work here are always kind, courteous, and happy to help anyway they can. I only went to the other store because my store wasn't open yet. I'll wait it out if that happens again!!

Humidor humidity level was very low causing the purchased cigars to be very dried out and flakey. Cigar burned too quickly and quickly fell apart.
