These guys are incredible. They quality products and service. They also show kindness to everyone.

A very nice remodeled shop. Welcoming staff and they were very transparent and allowed me to get what I wanted without any hassle. I would recommend this shop for pro smokers, beginners, and anyone looking into buying drinks or even merchandise. So much diversity in the products.

This was not the Tobaccoland I was looking for. The cigar selection is not very good. It's more of a convenience store than anything.

I usually have a good experience at the store but today it was bad. The closing time says 9:00 PM on website and 9:00 PM on the door, I got there at 8:50 and the doors was locked. There are 2 guys who work there who are cool and would have opened the door for a known customer. But there is a new younger guy who is closing the doors at 8:50. You close at 9, not 8:50. You would think with them selling Missouri cigarettes in Illinois, that they would be on their best behavior for their customers . I would hate to have to tell the Hazel crest police that you are selling Missouri cigarettes in Illinois. I bet your store would get shut down. Y’all really need to talk to the younger guy or fire his inconsiderate, careless

I am getting kinda tired of this store. Really thinking of reporting them. At first it started as a deal, now they just getting greedy. They get their cigarettes from Missouri. The cigarettes there are about 7.50 a pack. They went from charging us $10-11 in 2022. Now they up 12.50 and 13.50 if you use the card. I’ll just start going to Indiana to get mine. Keep the deal the same. Yall wanna act like yall giving a deal but still charging us more and more whenever you feel like it. I’m pretty sure all smokers want a deal on the cigarettes. Stop being greedy and going up. Imma have to call on your store today and report. I don’t like when ppl like yall start to try and take advantage of ppl
