Its a really good smoke shop overall!! I love all the workers and ive been going there for years!!

The gentleman that was working when I went in there could not understand that I was looking for a 15,000 puff nic I was trying to tell me that the 5500 puff Nic was the 15000. Then when he told me how much the 15000 puff was I told him that's okay. I'm gonna go elsewhere where they're cheaper and then he made sure to honor the price I was wanting. Then I just called there to see if he carried a specific product and there was some loud noise on the line and he hung up on me and I called back and now he's no longer answering the phone so I will take my business elsethere...

Only 2 stars due to the fact that the cashier was very sweet. The owner on the other hand, not so much. I purchased a disposable vape, it barely worked, the flavor was burnt and after the 5 puff the light began to flash. Figured I’d called to see if could exchange for one that works, the owner told me to call the manufacturer that makes the vape. Sir I spent my money with you not them. You’re selling a product that’s not working, I’m paying for a product that doesn’t work properly. Never again.

Pretty weird that I get charged $45 for 1 geekbar (I'm trans) but when my wife goes in to buy the same 1 geekbar they are $30. I have bank statements.
