Smoke Shop Pipes & Stuff

We just went today Saturday November 4th it was a really awesome costumer service me and my friend actually bought some things in there. The store owner is a great man! Will be seeing more of him for things I need next time!

Owner was very nice and let me come in for my few cartons of lake county smokies even tho he was due to close that very moment which I appreciated a ton. Also I asked for matches and he let me pick any lighter I wanted instead!

Rude people run the place. I was just looking at their CBD products and I was trying to figure out which one to buy. There were two guys working and neither of them were familiar with the CBD products they carried, so I had to look it up myself. All of it was so overpriced, and I wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting before I committed to it. One of the guys was telling me to hurry up and make a decision because they wanted to close the shop, it was 9:30 PM and they closed at 10:00 PM. I was probably in that shop about 8 minutes when he said this to me all the while other customers were still coming and going from the shop buying their stuff and didn’t say a word to any of them that he wanted to close. It was clear he was rushing me out like it was costing him money for me to stand in the business, while trying to decide. After that interaction, I decided not to spend any money in that shop. Overall, rude folks, and overpriced, avoid if you can.

Don’t bother coming to this place!! there are plenty of better smoke shops around trust me! I bought a vape battery and it broke in 2 days I tried to go back and just get an exchange I didn’t even my money back I just wanted a working battery and He said since it wasn’t brought in the same day I would have to buy a whole new one even though he was the one that sold it to me! I will never be back please save your money and go elsewhere..

Can't return anything. Guy was completely rude. I was told kratom was good for relaxing. I took one which I ended up in ER and so have others....my body was completely paralyzed and had hard time breathing. Doctor said it is not supposed to be on shelf. Over 100 have died from it. Completely bad attitude!
