Nice people work here. Prices are fair. They have lots of deals. Shawn or Sean, was incredibly helpful. They have loyalty points as well. Too bad it is difficult to track any sales that are going on.

Absolutely fantastic store, the guy who helped us was very knowledgeable, friendly and relatable. Walked us through their huge variety of juices and disposables and had perfect recommendations! Definitely found a hidden gem with this place!

Best smoke shop I been to, the guys at the store are super friendly and actually know about their product compared to other stores. They always take care of me and they have all your smoking needs !

Good prices and variety of smoke supplies- got a really cute bong. However, I purchased a 3 pack of coils for my dab pen, but there’s only 2 in the packaging- pretty disappointing and didn’t think I’d have to check what appeared to be a sealed/new product 🙃

I’ve been shopping here regularly for the past three months without issues, but recently the quality has been terrible. I bought a 3-pack deal on Swishers and when I got home, each pack comes with two inside and the both of wraps were cut up with holes in them. I had already mentioned this same issue to one of the employees two weeks prior. I gave the store another chance and bought two more yesterday — same problem again. At that point, it was clearly not a one-time issue. Today I went in simply to exchange the unopened pack for a different brand or flavor, and the manager was extremely rude from the start. He claimed he didn’t know which employee I spoke to and said they “don’t do returns,” when I clearly told him to exchange the product not to return it. He was not trying to even exchange the pack of swishers even though the product was clearly defective. A manager should stand behind the products they sell and treat customers with respect. The employee who work there are amazing, always kind, helpful, and respectful. They’ve never given me an issue, which is why I kept coming back. I’ll continue to shop there because of them and make sure I’m checked out by them, not this so-called manager. Customer service starts at the top, and unfortunately he does not represent the level of service the other employees provide. Very disappointed in how this was handled. If you’re selling damaged products, you should fix the issue.
