I came to visit this store for the very first time. Best shop hands down. The employee was beyond helpful I came to buy another mod thinking the one that I bought from some other store wasn't working instead of selling me a new mod She showed me how to use the mod help me set it up I was literally there for half an hour trying to figure this device out which I didn't even buy from them. But she was beyond understanding and walked me through it. Instead of just selling me a new device she showed me what I was doing wrong and showed me the right way to use it Thank you for being honest

Charlie was super welcoming and helpful! Had all of my essentials in stock, and I found a few more goodies! Even gave a 25% discount for an imperfect tray. Totally worth it. Great experience, definitely will be back.
