I popped into this vape shop last night kind of on a whim, and honestly? I’m so glad I did. The vibe was super chill—clean space, good lighting, and a solid selection of products—but what really made the experience stand out was the person working there, I believe her name is Hope. She was awesome. From the second I walked in, she made me feel welcome without being pushy or salesy. You can tell she actually knows her stuff and cares about helping people find what works for them. I had a bunch of questions (probably more than I realized), and she answered everything with patience and a great sense of humor. It felt more like chatting with a friend than just buying something. Hope had great recommendations too, she didn’t just point to the most expensive thing on the shelf, she actually listened to what I was looking for and helped me find something that fit. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it definitely stuck with me. Long story short: I’ll 100% be coming back. Not just because the shop is solid, but because Hope made it a genuinely enjoyable experience. If you’re in the area and need anything vape-related, do yourself a favor and stop by. Hopefully (pun intended) she’s working when you go.

I had a really disappointing experience at this vape shop last night. The customer service was terrible. The blonde girl working was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable asking questions and was treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer. I came in expecting basic respect and help, but instead left frustrated and annoyed. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value good customer service, at least from that employee.
