I've been coming to this store for years, and it just keeps getting better. The new guy at the counter,the heavier white gentleman is actually one of the most straightforward and no-nonsense employees, Some people might take it the wrong way, but I respect someone who doesn’t play games to make a sale and just tells you how it is.I recently bought an box of GEEK BAR and noticed the price were changed. I asked RONY( The heavy white guy) about it, and he clearly explained that prices have gone up due to increased taxes(reality). He even showed me the documentation right on his screen, which I really liked. The staff here doesn’t play games to make a sale and that’s why I’ll continue coming back. Good products, fair pricing, and honest answers.

Buyer beware!!! On December 8th I bought a 510 battery for 25 bucks. Got home and it wouldn’t charge so went back immediately and asked to get a new one. Was told no returns or exchanges and the clerk pointed to the sign. While the store can make their own policies that doesn’t apply when you sell people faulty products regardless of why. It is not the customers fault/problem they were sold a faulty product. Fought with the guy and explained what I’ve already said in this review and he added to his argument “you should have opened it and tried charging it in here in the store”. Nowhere does it say that I have to do it and even if it did it’s still irrelevant because you can’t sell people faulty products without consequence. He gave me another battery that was worth less but it’s crazy I was given so much backlash for a legitimate reason. Won’t be back.

I’ve been coming to this store multiple times over the past three years, and everything has usually been good. The thin guy who used to work here was always great and welcoming. However, recently I’ve noticed the other employee—he’s a heavier white guy—seems to have an attitude issue. A few days ago, I bought an Al Fakher flavor here for $13.99, but today I saw the same item priced at $15.99. I simply asked why the price had increased, especially since other stores still have it for $13.99. The salesperson told me the price has always been the same since the store opened, which is not true based on my regular visits. He then pointed to a piece of paper on his screen and said taxes are higher now. I understand that things are getting more expensive—I run gas stations myself, so I know how it works. But the way he responded was extremely rude. As long as he continues working there, I won’t be returning. There are many other stores that treat customers with respect and offer better prices. Thanks anyway.

Prices are incredibly overpriced, a vape shouldn’t be 30+ dollars here and then going literally maybe 10 minutes away and the same vape is 18 dollars. Terrible.

0 stars if I could give 0. Stopped by there today and realized they don’t have a huge selection, like other vape shops. They didn’t have what I normally have (Mr. Fogs) so I went for something different. Come to find out, the guy behind the counter asks me if I have cash. I told him I didn’t have any on me and he proceeds to tell me him machine is “down”. He asks me to use their ATM in the store. I was hesitant and said sure…. And when I walked over to the machine it was “out of service”. The guy asks me AGAIN if I have cash. My answer was the same. THEN he tried to get me to go across the street to the gas station to get cash. I told him I’m going somewhere else and he was PERSISTENTLY asking me to go to the gas station to get cash after I said no. So I finally told him this is just much I’m going somewhere else. I told some of my friends and she told me the same thing happened to her at this place the day prior!! Weird vibes here.
