Sky Tobacco is hands down the best shop in Illinois. They carry everything you could possibly want premium cigars, pipe tobacco, shisha, roll your own supplies, vapes, disposables, juices, coils, pods, accessories, and all the extras you’d expect in a real tobacco shop. Every time I’ve gone in, the shelves are fully stocked and organized, and I never have to bounce around to find what I’m looking for. Their prices are solid too. You’re not going to get hit with crazy markups, and there are always good options whether you’re buying something high-end or just grabbing everyday essentials. What really makes a difference is the customer service. The staff is friendly, patient, and actually knows the products. They’ll walk you through the details, answer questions, and make sure you leave with the right setup. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to vaping, a cigar smoker, or just picking up accessories they take care of you. Sky Tobacco is reliable, consistent, and honestly has the best overall selection I’ve seen anywhere in Illinois. If you’re looking for a place that truly has it all, this is the shop.

Best prices in the area. The only vape shop I've been going to for 4 years. Very friendly staff. They will go above and beyond with everything you ask. Highly recommended.

Very nice, clean place. Friendly staff. Prices are affordable. 95% of the time they have what I need. They have coupons for $5 -$10 off when you enter your phone number, which is really helpful if you want to save a buck.

Seen the reviews about it being overpriced but I figured it was just people ranting. Place is clean, sales guy was friendly and helped me look for the specific electronic dab rig I was looking for. But all they had was an open display model in white instead of black. He took some time looking up the price, then told me $250, so I bounced. Why you ask? Cause another shop down the street with same scenario of a white model that was open display for $200. The vendor sells this brand new for only $220. But I was able to find the black version I wanted down the street in a dispensary for only $180 brand new and unopened. I mean $250 for an old open display model, when the vendor charges $220 on their website, and most places have it for around $200 brand new. This guy thought since it was the last one in the store and I was looking for it specifically that I'd be willing to pay that over charge for an open display and unboxed product? This was my first and last time at this location. This was just a few days ago. Sucks cause it's the closet shop to me as I just moved into the area. Make sure to do your due diligence people.

Avoid this place. Very unfriendly/unhelpful manager/owner. I was looking for some guidance on pipe tobacco and the guys just dismissed me. There are definitely better options out there that will appreciate your business
