Love this place but customer service is terrible. Long time responses, making mistakes in order (had it 3 times), sometimes you can pay in advance and get different flavor or they’re sold out. Hope you guys are getting better, that’s why it’s 5 stars, otherwise the next one won’t be it. Good luck

I have been vaping for going on 18 years I quit cigarettes! I am a Veteran and know my vape and how I vape and how long a vape should last according to the numerical value in puffs i.e. 7000 puffs, 20000 puffs even up to 40k vape per. I have purchased 8 vapes from them in a matter of a month! all my vapes didn't last not even 1/4 of what it says. I am currently vaping the "Fume By ORJOY" I literally bought this vape 3.5 days ago and says 30000 puffs.I used to inhale directly to the lungs vs like a cigarette, you sucl in the mouth then inhale. The vape is currently at 00 juice, the battery life is Crap! I have had to keep the vape on charge 80% of the day. I've had this vape before and it has lasted me 3 weeks easy I have not changed the way I vape at all BUT There's Absolutely Absolutely NO WAY, this vape is on 00 after 3.5 days. I've had issues with the last 6 to 7 vapes and keep giving them business but after this purchase, I will not longer be shopping here unfortunately! Im not being rude, nor demeaning in any way BUT Something has changed, maybe vendors? quality in the vapes? I know the vape companies are regulated and I'm under the assumption that quality control is handled the same way for consistency and product life! I have never, EVER, experienced this during my tenure as a "Vape Master" 😆 I am JUST frustrated beyond belief that I already have to buy another 30$ vape in the same week is beyond ridiculous! I'm not blaming DYMOK 100% but the quality has made me question what's really going on. I've purchased from their "Clearance" section, [Decent Vapes] But they were 7000 puffs according to packaging But I can TELL u that if I got more than a 1000 puffs from their "Clearance" items I'd be lying! I purchased 1000s and 1000s of vapes since 2008 when I quit smoking 🚬 🚭.. I have spent more money on their vapes than the cost of 16$ cigarettes a pack. So apparently I vaped 30000 times in 3.5 days? it's Ludacris! Sad to go cuz the convenience of a nearby Vape shop but there's more vapes shops in each town than grocery stores these days. Something I'll never stop cuz "Clearly" i love tobacco and so did all of my family b4 me so Nicotine is in our blood :-D Just be weary of purchases on certain vapes and from my experience and expectations, Something is definitely going on here! Not bashing this business but just Advising on what my recent experiences have been in the past few weeks. Money doesn't grow in trees and buy 10 vapes a month, it's PURE INSANITY!!! store is clean and nicely organized very bright and decent customer service. But unfortunately, I'll be taking my business Somewhere else now 😢😢 IF YOU JUST DRIVE 10 minutes South to Dupage county, You'll save 10-20% easy. Dymoks Prices are high and consist with other shops in the area (As Every Business has competition) I have seen so many shops come and go because they try and charge more and sell less because thats how it works. . I know in my heart that the busiest vape shops with cheaper prices will always prevail! Gopd product and a discounted price for the Same products, less $$ [NO BRAINER]

OVERPRICED AND SERVICE IS REALLY BAD! Girl working is rude. Their vapes taste like knock off versions of the famous brands we all know.

Terrible customer service. Nick, who handles orders on Telegram, should be fired or replaced with a more competent person — he replies once every four hours. It takes a couple of days just to place an order or get a consultation. I’m not ordering for the first time, and each time it takes longer and longer to get a response. I do not recommend placing online orders through this disrespectful Nick. I’ll be looking for other places to buy products instead. Terrible attitude toward customers.
