Chief's Discount Tobacco

I really really like this tobacco store but my only problem is the woman that was working this evening her attitude toward customers is so nasty it almost makes me not wanna come to this store when I know she is working now as for all the other employees are really nice they make me feel welcomed that other woman does not and also I am not the only one who has said something about her attitude towards customers

Love this place, just wish they were open later.

Not sure the women’s name but said she was the manager of the store. My daughter was on her way home at 7:30 this morning when her tire started shredding as she’s going down Columbus Ave. To keep her safe she was able to pull over into the parking lot of this tobacco store. She ended up on ice and couldn’t move any further. As she’s waiting for a tow truck this manager pulls up to open store. My daughter tells her what’s going on and the manager says it’s ok. Not 2 mins later she comes out yelling, telling my daughter it’s private property and she needs to move her car, cussing at her and saying the lady could have fallen with her baby as she was going into the store. The whole parking lot is a sheet of ice and must you be 21 yrs old to go into a tobacco store? Needless to say my daughter just ended up having to call the police due to this lady’s nasty attitude.

When I bring someone there it takes for ever. There to slow.

They let someone come in use my card didn't check the ID Then the person uses all the money on the card until it starts declining and hands it to them says he found it on the ground and they didn't think to refund it or call and report it but then deny me service. Rude people.
