Terrific sales staff; always friendly and eager to assist customers. They carry just about every brand you can think of as well as plenty of roll your own tobacco and supplies. Lighters, vaping products and supplies are also there. They also offer an eclectic range of non-tobacco products for really cheap prices. The place is always kept clean and orderly and best of all, in an age where smokers are increasingly marginalized and discriminated against, they always make you feel welcome.

This Business has female employees who are VERY Rude to EVERY Non-Male Customer! If your a man, they love sexual advances! & They will tell a man about another female customer going into this business to buy cartons, just to insert some drama/rumors.. (female isn't rich NOR Do I appreciate you helpn That Man STALK! ME) I used to go here weekly but now drive extra! If you are a Wife, watch your husband closely if he goes into this store!

We have been going to Low Bob's on Goshen Rd for years ,and spent ALOT THERE BUYING CANDLES AND CARTONS.T today my Husband was there and asked for help and was RUDELY told if it ain't there....it ain't there.The cashiers were too busy playing on their phones to even know how to help him
