The Joint Smoke Shop

**Updated** A while back ago I left this smoke shop a one-star review and you can read what I wrote about them down below. However, I now changing my review. They listened to all of us as consumers and change the way they do business. They were able to get the taxes down on the products to make the products affordable. So now let's move on to the rest of the good things. Their selection is by far the best in the city and customer service seems to be stepped up. Everybody deserves a second chance. Especially somebody who realizes what is wrong and takes the necessary steps to fix the problems. I now support this establishment and will continue to purchase products through them. Thank you. Previous Review: Everything in this store is EXTREMELY overpriced. You can go down the road to any of the other vape shop in Greenfield and get the same products for nearly half the price. Anytime you mention the price difference at other shops, they make excuses about taxes, this, and that, blah, blah, blah. My advice is to stay away from this shop. I feel that they don't have the customer's best interest at heart and are only concerned with lining their pockets and taking advantage of the market. Spend your money with people who truly care about others!

The staff was nice. The shop was clean however you can buy every single item in the shop for $10-$20 less by going in to Cumberland.

Customer service is abysmal! Honestly it deserves zero stars. Sloppy, bedraggled clerk is always visibly annoyed by having to do his job, seems customers are a nuisance imposing on his leisure time. Rivaling the obvious disdain for customer service is his ineptitude. Hopelessly uninformed about merchandise, and if you have the nerve to ask him any questions he balks like you’ve asked him to help you move. There are absolutely better vape shops around, this place sucks

Sold me an incompatible pack of coils, after reassuring me it would work. The coils do not work, and they will not allow me to exchange it or return it though they are unused. $40 wasted.

Always selling some shitty quality vapes. I legit go to a gas station and get a better vapes for cheaper. Just bought mine 2 days ago and it does nothing but leak and auto hit itself. Not even close to being the only time this has happened with my vapes from here. Genuinely a horrible establishment. Probably selling knockoffs and charging quadruple the price. Will never EVER spend money here again, and I will in fact be sure to let people know that your vape store sells bad vapes!
