My friend bought the wrong kind of cigarettes for me, I called them to ask if they would exchange them for the right kind && they were very nice && understanding cuz I live almost 25mins away. Thankfully they are open 24hrs cuz I got there around 3am && they remembered me && exchanged them no problem. They were very nice people. I've had this happen at other places close to where I live && they wouldn't do it. Too bad I don't live closer or I'd come here more often!! ★★★★★

Purchased a Geek Bar vape from this store on 11/2/25 in the 8pm hour. 24 hours later the vape required charging. I tried 4 separate chargers and not one worked. I realized the charging port on the vape was damaged. On 11/3/25 in the 8pm hour I returned to the store to resolve the matter. The store associate told me what I already knew, “the vape has a manufacturing defect.” He refused to replace the device. I suggested a discounted purchase of another vape. He replied with $5 off. I understand the store is at a loss of revenue when replacements are rendered however, a loss of customers is still a loss of revenue. I only patronized the store because it was convenient at the time. I truly doubt I will ever return. This is not a common practice at the two vape shops I frequent. The stores customer base is to large to be so cheap, lack customer service, and have no recourse for items they stock and sell that are defective.

Unless you know exactly what you want, don’t come here at 9pm. Was excited to hear about a place that was open 24hrs where I could get some cigars after work. I was rather curtly told that I could not come inside and asked what brand I wanted as though they would look for me, but it seemed like I was a bother more than a potential customer. I’ll try again, maybe, on a different day. Came in on my lunch break for this. I didn’t know that you couldn’t go in and look after 9pm.
