This is my go to spot to be my smoke products and accessories literally come here everyday great staff friendly and informative if you need help figuring out what you want the ladies that work there are very knowledgeable about most of the products they sell and have no problem helping you decide they even took the time out to explain to me the difference between sativa and indica which helped me out tremendously in my situation. I was really impressed the service and amount of products they have in stock due to the size. The best part was the staff like I said friendly down to earth have a conversation with you entry every customer the same with respect and a willingness to help!!!

I LOVE pinky! She was so informative and amazing. She is the reason we will be returning. Her hair is also fab. She is the best person for this place. Love her.

My friend and I come here about every so often and Pinky is just the sweetest, she’s always attentive and informative about what you’re looking for! They had about everything that’s you’re liking so I highly recommend! 🎀🎀🎀

If you want to go to smoke shop to get everything you need. 38th Street smoke shop is def a place you want to be....... I go there aleast twice a week and the service is outstanding. The staff (Tiffany and Pinky) is very welcoming and knows how to treat people when they come there and they are very knowledgeable in the products that I purchase from the smoke shop. I love the customer service they give especially the lady with the light blue and pink hair she makes you feel welcomed as soon as you step in and they have various options to choose I highly recommend
