OKAY BUT LISTEN — Indy E-Cigs on Keystone is THAT place. I’m originally from Alabama, and the second I walked in, they made me feel right at home. Southern hospitality but make it vape shop energy 💨👱🏼‍♀️ I live all the way in Greenwood and still drive here because I refuse to shop anywhere else. Trae, Nadir, and the entire staff are absolute gems. They know me that well, always look out for me, and somehow remember exactly what I like. They’re knowledgeable, patient, funny, and genuinely care — not just trying to sell you something and move on. The store itself? CLEAN. Organized. Vibes on point. And every single time I come in, there’s something new and exciting on the shelves. Best products. Best selection. Period. As a woman, I especially appreciate how comfortable and respected I always feel here — no pressure, no awkwardness, just good people and great service 👱🏼‍♀️✨ I don’t care how many vape shops exist — this is the best one in Indiana, and honestly feels like the best I’ve ever been to, Alabama included. If you’re not shopping here, you’re doing it wrong 💁🏼‍♀️

I've been a happy customer of Indy E Cigs (multiple locations) for many years. All locations have always had friendly staff and a good selection but I want to specifically note the 96th and Keystone location. This store is spacious, clean, and inviting with a vast selection of quality products. I unfortunately didn't grab their names but the two gentlemen working this evening are always friendly, knowledgeable, and are able to provide first hand experience to help customers make informed purchases. Top notch!

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and they have a huge selection of products. I always feel welcome when I come in and their loyalty program is easy to use. I’ve found it to be my favorite vape shop. I only go to another if they’re out of Baja Burst. Great Place!

Came to this location for the first time last night, and I will definitely be back! Nadir was so friendly, helpful, and informative. The customer service is seriously on a whole other level, shout out Indy e cigs for having everything I needed and more!!

Incredible store with everything you could want and need, and THEN SOME😂 Great staff here that’s always helpful and are sure to get your points, or a discount if they can to ease your wallet🤞🏼 Really clean and nice store as well as easily accessible and right off the highway for an easy stop and go transaction. Love it here and come just to get a Guava Jarrito or 3😂
