Spent $50 on a vape pen. It turned out to be defective and broke after one day. Went back the next day and the girl was zero help. She wouldn’t exchange it or refund me because I opened it OF COURSE I OPENED IT. THAT’S WHAT YOU DO WHEN YOU BUY THINGS YOU PLAN ON USING. They could have easily taken it back and refunded me or exchange it. Cashier looked so depressed Harris lost that she didn’t want to make any effort into customer services. You know you can return defective things back to your supplier for credit , Maybe she will perk up a bit when the BBB checks in.

Grumpy lady working there today, wouldn't even say good morning back to her first 3 customers. I mean the customers are the reason you get a pay check. The other lady who works there gives amazing customer service and is helpful. I started going to another place because of this employee. The only reason I went there today is because they open an hour before the shop I like now on Taft, no matter who is working there they are great and a bit cheaper too.

I love this store! It is clean and stocked with lots of little things to look at. I always spend more than I want or think I will! I enjoy the staff and have become friends with Angie and my first visit was with jules who are employees, and keep me coming back. They are so friendly ...I will pass all other places to stop there and make my purchase. I hope you will as well. I must note that more people would stop if the parking lot had an exit on to side street. Forgive me..but its almost stupid not yo have one. I promise it IS hurting your business. Just my opinion :)
