The workers are really nice and knowledgeable

I bought a MR FOG Switch on October 4th, 2025, around 6 PM. Everything seemed fine at the store. The cashier and I both confirmed it was working before I left. A few hours later, it stopped working completely. I charged it and barely used it, but it still would not turn back on. For something that should last about two weeks, that was frustrating. The next morning, October 5th around 10:50 AM, I went back to the store and explained what happened. I even showed proof that the vape stopped working. The gentleman told me it could not be refunded or replaced because of store policy. I understand that stores have rules, but when something fails only hours after being bought, a customer has no way of knowing that before leaving. It feels unfair to be left without any help in that situation. I have been a loyal customer since April 2025. I have always come here even when other stores were closer because I trusted this place and appreciated the service. But after this experience, I feel disappointed. It was not just about the vape; it was about how the situation was handled. I hope management takes this as honest feedback. Good customer service is what keeps people coming back. I wish the business the best, but after this, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Hello, I visited your drive-thru today at approximately 9 AM and had an uncomfortable interaction with the employee at the window. My passenger briefly used the horn to check if the location was open, as I’m not familiar with the place and was bringing someone else. Instead of a polite response, the employee spoke to me in a rude tone and was disrespectful while taking the order. Because of the attitude we received, we left without purchasing. I’m sharing this so management specifically Cindy, who was actually the employee in the window is aware that her behavior really sucked. Sad to say, I had to act as if I was checking on an application just to get the name of a manager (Cindy may not be her name either) Customers deserve respectful treatment. This is a drive-thru; it’s not unusual for customers to use the horn when unsure if the window is open. The employee should lighten up, they chose to work in a place that has drive-thru service, and if they have no choice but to be there, you’d think they’d be nicer to customers to keep their job.

Was coming here for a while. Came in recently to get my regular big geek bar. She tried to give me a "digital sky" without my consent. She tried to tell me it is a geek bar. (It isnt) Then when I walked back over I saw the actual geek bar I asked for next to that new brand. She asked if I still wanted a big geek bar and I told her no I want a small one now. I will not be back, if you buy anything make sure it is what you asked for.
