This was the only head shop in Muncie I went to until exactly one year ago when your helpful clerk handed me a dab rig I never even asked to see and I accidentally broke the banger for it. Your clerk knew me. He knew by name I was in there so much. Basically every week. He knew I spent a lot of money there. Rules are rules though. So I happily paid the $15 for the banger. I didn't have a choice though as you clerk told me I would have to pay for it even though he knew I spent loads of money there. So I decided that banger would be the last thing i bought from your store. I was doing some math and I discovered in the last 12 months I've spent nearly $5,000 at your local Muncie competitors because of a $15 banger. I just thought I'd let you know how much that silly little banger has costed your business. 😊

Firstly absolutely beautiful shop secondly wonderful customer service I stopped in to get a couple of cards and was informed that there was a two-for-one deal set definitely makes me like that customer service and when I'm back around Muncie I will definitely stop in again.

Macy was fantastic and friendly. Very knowledgeable and the kind of employee I would love to have. Great organization of product, just short on some. No qualms or issues tho. 5 stars for Macy tho.

I came in tonight at appx. 9:30 a very pleasant young lady named Kira welcomed me. She was very kind while cleaning up the store for the night. By the way great job Kira, the place looked exceptional! She seemed to have good knowledge on the items I questioned her about. Also gave me a great recommendation on a item, I really like it. Altogether A+ on customer service, knowledge, and cleanliness.

products are great prices too. They let you take your dogs in which is cool but I had a very negative experience with an employees dogs trying to start a dog fight. They were aggressive and mean even the dogs owners said they were reactive. Should not be allowed, someone’s dog is going to get seriously hurt. I tried calling several times to discuss with manager but no one answers the phone
