How awesome of an experience! I just stopped in with no idea what to get because mine was sold out (no biggie, everywhere is) but the chick working tonight is absolutely an outstanding employee and a very rare one. Ya'll are lucky to have this one. She is a rare breed. Knows her job, is extremely friendly and knowledgeable on products as well as to be sure I left feeling as if I mattered and that I got a good deal for my money spent. Hold onto this one. I don't know that you'd find another like her. I told her as I was leaving I'd leave a review because I was blown away by her awesomeness. It's rare out here. Very much so that it needs acknowledge when its spotted. IF you see this... girl keep going, keep shining... you're doing big things and you may not even know you're doing it. 🩷 Stay awesome. World needs more YOU.

I came to the shop on the 29th in the evening. It is very clean and has a huge variety of all different things. I was looking for a water piece specifically and settled on one with the gentlemens help for $25. Unfortunately I got home and it leaked at the junction that the rod connected the water chamber from the bowl stem. (There's a little piece of rod that connects them and makes them steady\stable) I noticed a few minutes after putting water in it and using it , that water was all over that part of my table. Got to looking and noticed that water was seeping from that part that I just explained. UPDATE: sorry it's taking me so long to do the update but just as I expected to win in no questions asked they taken care of me got me a squared away with a new piece. five stars all the way around Unfortunately, I had to work the next day and got there too late, and was informed he won't be back until today (31st) so I'll stop in today and i.just want a replacement pipe, I don't want my cash back. I'm giving this shop a 5 star review because I have no reason to believe they won't resolve issue. Will post a follow up. UPDATE: JUST AS I EXPECTED WENT BACK IN TOOK CARE OF ME SQUIRT ME AWAY NO QUESTIONS ASKED GIVE ME A NEW PIECE GREAT SERVICE GREAT PEOPLE GREAT VIBE GREAT ATMOSPHERE IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN HERE YOU'RE MISSING OUT VIP SMOKE SHOP NEW CASTLE INDIANA RIGHT NEXT TO THE KROGER
