Smoke Shop 1

Very clean and well-stocked shop. Staff is exceedingly friendly and willing to loosely "take orders" or preferences in mind when they order again. Can't say enough good things about them. Their cigar selection is also very nice for someone who is into the hobby or just getting in. With that said, there's likely something here than anyone who smokes anything could enjoy. Best smoke shop in Shelbyville.

Don't have your hours posted that you open at 9am if you aren't going to be open. Waste of gas and time and disrespectful to your clients.

I would rate zero stars if possible bought 4 vapes from them. One was in a pool of juice auto firing out of the pack. Second one wouldn’t charge and did not hit what so ever. Then the last two the Mr fogs. They work and were not in a pool of juice so that’s a plus but they started auto firing and have not stopped since pulling them out of the box. Tried to call to see if they could return them. Nobody awensered the phone until calling the third time. Then as soon as they awensered they hung up on me. Showed up at the store within the hour of purchase. The guy running the store refused to return them since I walked out the door. Even though I had the receipt and the boxes and vapes 1 hour after purchase. I should have checked them in the store but I usually never have problems with the other vape shops in town. This was my first time going to this store and I will never go back to this vape store. It is hands down the worst vape shop I have ever shopped at and I will strongly encourage anybody that decides to shop there to go to any other vape shop in town. WORST VAPE SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TO HANDS DOWN.

I went in late one night to get s battery for my box mod and the lady behind the counter was rude. I walked in and said do you guys have any batteries, and she just looked at me stood up, grabber s battery and slapped it on the counter. Was rude Gave very little words to me and didn't greet or say good bye when I said have a nice day was flat out rude, I go to smokers Land. Their nice and greet the customers
