Hey everybody I usually get along with everyone and try to see there side but for no reason at all except he had to get up out of his chair the gentleman that works the counter here was just rude. He was rushing me the whole time hovering over me making remarks that were not appropriate. He acted like he was inconvenienced because he had to do his job not to mention he had an altercation with a customer as I was trying to buy cigars. Completely unprofessional using profanity in the workplace this place gone down hill over the last did 3 to 6 months new staff is horrible. What's bad is there are literally 2 more smoke shops 2 blocks down thats where ill be going .

Way more expensive than the other place nearby- Workers just sit and look at you instead of asking you to help you have to ask them to get up and walk to you-I only go here if the other shop is out of what I want and waiting for order to come in. Lower prices by 15% and get up and go to people who enter if you want more business:)

I don’t know if they got entire new staffing, but whatever it is, the new people who work here are kinda not the friendliest. The past staffing, always gave receipts after the transaction in case of something wrong with the vape. Now, it’s not even offered, I forget to ask for it at times so that reminder for it is kinda nice. I bought a vape today and it doesn’t even work, so now I spent 30$ on something I can’t even use let alone proved I paid for it today. It doesn’t even charge or work at all. So what do I do now? Spend another 30$ Kinda bullshit if you ask me.
