While I've undoubtedly spent considerable time asking questions without purchasing, their generosity and helpfulness remain unwavering. The shop's interior and exterior are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Buzz offers an unparalleled selection locally, and its staff provides unmatched assistance, treating all customers with respect regardless of expertise. They actively strive to resolve any product-related concerns. Their professionalism surpasses any other smoke shop I've encountered; politeness is maintained even in the face of disrespectful behavior.

They treat me very well every time good prices

AMAZING customer service, they are so nice. Everytime time i walk in im greeted with a smile and they always ask about our day. Ive never had a complaint about them and ive been buying from them for over 2 years now. If you need anything i suggest you go to Buzz. Trust me!

even though everything Is behind glass, they still stand right behind you anywhere you go in the store like you can steal and put your hand through the glass, it's ridiculous and I will never go back in there. Both times I've been in they have done that. They follow you around

I came in to get a cart and battery charger. I was offered an HHC cart and they wanted $50 for it. I thought it was high but wanted to get back to my hotel. I get back and the cart is leaking and expires in less than a month. I come back and they barely speak English or just don't wanna talk much and offer me a replacement showing me it works with one of their batteries. Also it's not leaking. I get back to the car and I read the box and notice it's ACTUALLY expired...... But they already said they don't do refunds. Which I kinda understand some it's supposed to go in your mouth. Overall their prices are outrageous and their customer service was pretty lacking. I would recommend going elsewhere and looking up reviews for whatever you plan to purchase before giving them your money. Neither cart I've gotten here has good reviews online and the flavors labs were non-existent.
