A very pleasant place nice people

The young ladies minding the store were friendly enough, but the selection of cigars was minimal. There were a few varieties of budget cigars, but they were overpriced. I really didn’t spend much time looking around the rest of the store since I went in specifically for cigars.

I went through the drive-through at 5:45 PM on Thursday, October 16 was treated very very rudely. I stopped there almost every night after work and never have I been treated so poorly work on your customer service skills. The lady at the window needs to be managed and trained the correct proper way to direct customersI will not be back

Ive been traveling the country for 2 weeks and experienced some of the best and exemplary customer service at similar stops so im sad to say this particualar business fell extremely short in expectations both people behind the counter were uninformed, seemed strangely uncomfortable and not experienced in answering normal simple questions, truthfully they both seemes entirely too young to be minding a liquor store. Seems harsh but theyve earned this review

Twice , The lights are on , sign sez Open, door is locked and the Drive thru has a sign in the window that sez: back in 5 min. Or another today was: back in 15 min. The first time , was 5 min. And she had parked in the lot and was putting her big dog in her van...hope she doesnt have her dog staying in the van while she works!! Her windows are all dark.
