Essentials should change their name to everything! No joke, this place got everything! The staff is always very nice and pretty knowledgeable about the products they sell. If your lucky and you stop by when Izzy is behind the counter, shes able to answer any question you have about anything they sell. And if she doesn't know, she's gonna call someone on the spot and get that answer, even if you tell her not too, she's getting that answer! she's truly 1 in a million in this industry with a passion for helping people trying to navigate the ever expanding world that is your local vape shop. And for that I gotta give essentials 10 outa 10! If there's something your looking for that they don't have, you can ask the staff to order it, and they really will. No BS. I think that's pretty cool. They really focus on customer service. Imo that's the most important part of this business. There's so many choices and most of the labeling is extremely vague, so it's really important to find someone like Izzy to help you navigate the literal sea of slightly different products. I buy the leaf kratom and 7omh extracts, mushroom gummies, delta 8 products and nicotine vapes along with various other smoking accessories. Thats a lot of ground to cover for a single employee. I'm glad this store takes the time to educate their employees the way they have with this group. I feel like it's a win win when companies do this. I feel more comfortable spending my money when I know what I buying instead of just guessing and hoping for the best. I feel like I do this at other vapes shops cause the staff doesn't really know what there selling. I like that this store actually listens to customers feedback and uses that information during their transactions. I'm definitely a happier customer when I know what I'm buying from a trustworthy establishment. They have a great reward system. I just got a free $25 in store credit for buying things was already buying and this store is seriously the cheapest store for all those products I just named. Hands down is a win win for me. Great prices, Great selection, Great staff, Great management, Great,Great,Great! Thank you Isabel and the essentials staff for making that last stop before I go home the night the best one of the day. If your not shopping here, what "are" you doing with you life?

They are easy to work with, have a nice supply of vapes and are friendly. 100% will visit again.

Wanna use your reward points you’ve earned through customer loyalty? Don’t go to this place. It’s like they intentionally do not stock them. The only on-brand vapes they sell are marked 30% above retail, and all their products under 20$ are knock-offs. Vapes that are burned, right out of the box. Ever. Damn. Time. You have the audacity to tell them they sold you a faulty product? “Yeah man we just sell it, as is. I guess you should’ve checked it better in the store before you left.” On the bright side, I’m finally quitting vaping. Stop and consider this- the customer service I received was so scuffed, I’m giving up a 20-year nicotine addiction to spite them.

I bought a Myster cart black and had it 8 days, would never charge go to exchange and come to find out none of the black ones charge but they wouldn't exchange for a working one. I'll never go back.. thieves.

Absolute horrible place to go! No exchanges on items wrong size! Just spent $110 on stuff that was wrong size and was told couldn't exchange for right size or get refund im absolutely pissed! Will never recommend to anyone
