Very professional ownership. Such a lovely, and clean store. Recommend to anyone looking to enjoy their experience of shopping for cigars, maybe a knew tobacco pipe from their wide selection. Zippo lighter collectors should check them out. Best experience I have ever had in a store like that. 10/10 infinite thumbs up.

Every worker I've encountered there has been super friendly, welcoming, and has great customer service skills. If that's not enough to stop by and check em out they're also pretty cheap compared to other places (for most of their products)

This place has a pretty cool vibe. Vast selection of wraps and cones which is a win in my book. Availability of clipper brand lighters is also awesome. Store has a very large selection of glass smoking items, however most are pieces are ones that can be found on DH gate and similar sites, just with higher price tags which is annoying. The kid working the counter was friendly, however didn’t have great knowledge of attachment sizes to different items. There’s a lot to look at, but you can get a lot of it 10 minutes away in Illinois for cheaper, such as Element brand cones, the pink ones are more expensive than the white, which clearly is just because they are pink. I’ll probably visit again the next time I want to pay 2x the price something is on dh gate just to avoid the shipping wait.
