I would give 5 stars but I do just miss the previous owners but I got a dispo vape and it turned out to be a faulty vape the coil was roasted so I came in the next day to see if they could do anything for me they tested it themselves and was able to exchange it for another one of the same brand and it works perfectly so thank you for being able to do that for me great customer service keep up the good work

New owners turned a clean established shop into a 3rd world country feeling experience. Crazy prices, new layout sucks, the newer cashier’s are impatient and rude. They sell all sorts of research chemicals causing unpredictable highs including intense hallucinations and confusion. They have little to no knowledge on many products. They also sell super addictive kratom derivatives like 7oh, causing withdrawal like other opiate WD. This stuff should not be obtainable in public, online only and no advertising. Do want you want with your body but im against dumb kids getting theirselves into junkies thinking it won’t since it’s a legal product. 2 ⭐️ out of 5, variety of products pushed it from a one to a two star

Wouldn’t sell me a 2 pack of pods for my eco nano. Claimed other costumers might need them. I had money in hand just wanted to buy 2 pods. Instead he sold me 1 pod out of the pack. Why’s it my responsibility to make sure you’re stocked? Do better. Guess I’ll be taking my business online ✌️

New owners have completely ruined this place. Price hikes and smaller inventory of lesser quality items than before combined with rude/pushy customer service. I won't be shopping here anymore.

This place has really gone downhill since the new owners took over prices have gone up double in some cases you go to another one of their stores that they own, and the price of the same item will be half. They are the definition of a monopoly in Fort Dodge
