3 stars and that's selection only. The gentleman in there was far from helpful. In fact he tried to do a price switch on my girlfriend at the register. He gave one price when she was helping her but when they got to the register he tried to up the price. She caught on and stopped it fast. This is not proper customer service in any manner and is illegal to bait and switch like that. The guy could barely read English so I had to point several times till he understood what I wanted. The place was clean well stocked and well lit. The customer service was atrocious though and lack of knowledge was atrocious. I'd go back but only if they could improve the customer service. This was at the Derby store. So ive recently went back and deakt with the other gentleman there abd was still not impressed. The other guy has an attitude is extremely standoffish and talks to you like your beneath him. Still a horrible customer experience.
