They make things right very fast when something is truly wrong! I shop here regularly but just be mindful to check products make sure correct counts and what it is supposed to be is there before you leave sight of the employees! This is my place to shop. They are as honest as I am and that's very hard to find! This is what you need for a healthy relationship with your local smoke shop! Thanks guys ☺️

Ok so update!! Since my last review the last few visits has been top-tier!! I really do appreciate the gentleman speaking with me and addressing the issues that I had. Honestly I think he was just new and getting used to everything. He's definitely doing so much better. This is why I enjoy this store in our community because WE help each other. Kudos for taking the advice and still being professional. I'll definitely continue to shop here.

Place is a joke. Sold me some nicotine pouches that were manufactured in 2021 and clearly expired for $6.49, then wouldn't give me a refund for them even though the date is clearly visible on the back of the can. Have never thought of had to check expiration at any other place in the metro area. Should have walked out when he told me the price
