Employee lacked knowledge on product(s) being offered and sold me the wrong thing. After noticing what was purchased wouldn’t meet my needs before leaving the store I asked for refund/exchange. Worker told me that “his boss is watching the cameras.” After a fair amount of back and forth we came to a good resolution and am happy with the result. What I’m not happy with is “management.” First, you don’t train/educate your employees properly for them to be able to speak to the products on sale. Second, you “lead” by fear which is incredibly unproductive and unprofessional. I’m leaving this review in hopes that a 5 star review will help ease the repercussions the employee might face due to taking care of customers the right way, and not the way “management” thinks it should be.

Very good experience. Had exactly what I was looking for and the slot machines were a bonus.

Kratom is overpriced, won't do a price match with Mr puff 1.5 miles away. Opms at 20 ea, Mr puff is 11.99 Also they have "sample" vapes out when I asked if it was to take and was told no, so any random person coming can try them. Unsanitary and unsafe imo

1st time customer today. Bad experience and won’t be back. The guy who “helped” me was bothered I was even there and was on a personal on speaker call the whole time. He sold me a bad pen and I was trying to engage and ask a few questions - he said he didn’t know. Will never return and out $$

Came in a month or 2 ago and talked to a guy about how I’m looking for reasonable Kratom powder bulk price. He had 400 grams for 37.99 which is cheaper than I paid back at home but was still overpriced. It was the best I could find without going online so I was coming in spending 100 to 200 dollars a month. When I came in yesterday, they had the 37.99 price tag on the shelve but the guy is like , no, I think it’s 49.99. They already sold me 2 in the past at 37.99 so it feels like they just trying to get more out of me. Used to buy the shots from them, totaling a couple hundred a month, because they had ok deals on powder. They just lost my business. Found a place with the same priced shots so I don’t need them for that and I’m done fighting with them over their way overpriced Kratom powder. I can find 400 grams for 54 dollars literally anywhere so that’s nothing special from them. I hope y’all don’t miss my money. Will not recommend to anyone. Before this incident, this is the place I would refer people. Not anymore.
