360 is where it’s at! The staff are friendly and helpful, and they know their products. The shop is clean, well-stocked, and has a great selection. I always enjoy stopping by and will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to shop in the atmosphere is laid back . The staff is very helpful and amicable without being over baring. Items seem decently priced the only complaint I have is their items aren't clearly marked with the price tag . So we had to keep asking the staff what the prices were for different items . Their selection is broad and the store is very clean and organized. I was impressed good job guys!

Not very good customer service. My next to see something the guy was like scared to let us even look at it or hold. Then when we would be looking for something specific it was like he didn't want to do his job and help or was under trained and knew nothing. I don't know what the deal was but he would either sit and stare at us when we would ask him a question or ignore us and I don't know what the hell was the problem to me it just seems like to me is he was frustrated we were there and didn't want to do that job at all and both were kind of rude this was the night before Thanksgiving 2025 and around there closing time

The manager at the south Broadway location is rude. I get it, the customer is not always right, but so far I have been more than polite, my ask is simple, don't tell people that they can do something, and then flip the script on them. The 13th Location was less than helpful, but the south Broadway manager can kick rocks. I spend my money at 360° quite regularly, and this is how I get treated. Can't do a simple swap out because y'alls stores don't carry the same stuff, but it's my fault?

The stud that works there is really rude. She is always on her phone. And she's very short with people. I do not recommend this place. Because of the staff
