Horrible experience every time I'm here. One white haired guy is great but I haven't had a good interaction with anyone else, they've been incredibly rude and either get me the wrong products or openly talk about trying to upsell me after I ask for something specific. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior from a staff as a whole. The Rock Rd location is phenomenal and has never misinformed me or tried weird "sales tactics".

My wife and I love this store and am so disappointed to be writing this. We've had several terrible customer service experiences from the same person- we have a hard time wanting to come back because of her. There is a shorter girl with long brown hair that always seems like shes under some type of influence (that isn't found at this store). Her speech is disorganized and erratic, she is always agitated by any task related to her job, she can't seem to answer any question clearly or correctly (I've been misinformed by her multiple times, which is such a waste of my time and money lol), and she would PURPOSEFULLY grab me the wrong things. I didn't even feel comfortable asking her for the proper items because of how annoyed she acted with me. She gave me a white rhino glass piece (with half of it missing) instead of what I had asked for and pointed to and she also gave me the wrong pearls. Even when we're being helped by other wonderful employees she acts the same with every customer. We have never had such a bizarre and unwelcoming experience at any vape or smoke shop- you usually smoke to chill!! Employees like her are terrible for business, and there are so many who do such a great job. There are plenty of people who would love to be nice to customers at a job like that. The Green Valley on rock is a million times more helpful.

Traveled here from hutchinson hoping for a good experience. The products i was looking for they dont have in hutch so u was thrilled to see they had them but the woman in here have very sucky attitudes . As soon as I walked in the door was rushed to pick what I was getting, I literally had to ask permission if I was allowed to look around as if i was a child (im 30 years old) Then i called my finace & i was telling him about stuff I seen to my finace & that I was going to need more money & she raises her voice at me telling me I can't be on the phone describing proudct so I had to get off my call ( there is no sign that states that). If it wasn't for the gentlemen in the establishment I was just going to walk out because she was very unfriendly & seemed as if it was a problem I wanted to shop there.

Beautiful floors. I dont see much difference in pricing with products i buy. Customer service is ok. Pigs fly bbq is a few doors down so its a win win trip i look forward. Love the dog's!
