Mr. Nice Guys Vape and More

The employee on staff tonight was rude! So much I walked out without purchasing anything. While picking out a vape juice I mentioned how much more it costs here than in Seattle. He stated if I mentioned Washington again I would be thrown out of the store! I literally mentioned Washington twice in our brief encounter. If this is how Kansas treats people from out of state I am 💯 certain I won’t be back! Beyond disappointed with my experience at this store!

I have very little money. The vibes there seemed nice, but I bought a vape refill that didn't work. I brought it back about 5 minutes later and showed them that it didn't work. They refused to believe me and refused to give me a refund. Kept asking if I could prove it didn't work with different batteries. Said they'd "let me know if they could fix it" but never grabbed my contact info ... which means they really didn't care that I lost 20$ buying faulty product.

I am a regular with this chain of stores, but I always have my best experiences with this store in particular. The lady that took care of the boyfriend and I today made my week! Thanks for being awesome!

The only place in Wichita to get kratom CBD and THC-A. The Broadway and 55th store is my favorite. Everyone there is so awesome!

In the past I've been here and really had no issues but the last 6 months have been hell. I bought a mod from then called a drag that seem like it was cool at first but every time I bought a coil for it it seemed like it didn't want to work. After purchasing several coils and realizing that it's probably the mod itself I just gave up on it. Last night I went in and bought a disposable one call Hyde and it hit just fine before leaving the store but when I woke up this morning it didn't work at all. Went to go see about exchanging it or returning it since I had only hit a total of maybe 20 times and I get the fact that all sales are final but they were unable to exchange it or anything of that sort. I'm usually not one to complain about things but it seems like a pretty dumb ways of $22 on something that's really not my fault at all. I feel like they could definitely work on their exchange policy at least. Wasn't asking for a refund by any means but would like to be able to get something that works.
