Broadway Smoke World's 3 star rating is as follows..... 2.5 stars= Exceptional Customer Service. The Young Man was attentive, courteous and was more than happy to shave a couple $$ off. 0.5 stars= product dependability. The roller came with an extra roller sheet. ** That's all the price on everything was insane, the bag of tobacco is beyond dried out. Even when using large papers, a roller, making a tight cig the tobacco crumbles and most falls out. It was this way from the very moment I opened it. I only had 3 choices.** I called the young Man to come to some kind of compromise and was met with this is a fresh stick of tobacco..... it's only 3-4 months old. I suggested that I bring it in and switch or refund a couple dollars. Really any compromise would have shown some sort of accountability. I am supposed to call back tomorrow after he speaks with the owner.... I'll update. Despite the products the Customer Service was great and He was still very courteous when I called.

This smoke shop is the real deal! They hooked me up with a free vape as a new customer, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Their products are top-notch, delivering smooth and flavorful vaping experiences. Highly recommend!
