I just went to Prince Hookah to get my first Elfbar. I had lots of questions and CeCe helped me out. She was so friendly and knowledgeable that my husband and I have decided we will only buy from them. The customer service and selection was amazing!🙌

Was nice. They have a great assortment of everything really. I only look for cbd/thc products. I recommend ppl take time to look over the products b4 just taking first thing u see. Wanted some delta-9 edibles and found some I think is priced wrong. All the others were delta-8 but this one row of things was delta-9 and the guy didnt know. The guy said they were probably priced wrong because they usually only get delta-8 products in this brand or whatever. At any rate, Roll Tide 🐘 🐘 🐘 🐘 🐘

Usually pretty decent quality for the price. Before today, I had no complaints. The no return or exchange policy is ridiculous, especially if the product is unused. Spent 20$ on a torch, only for it to NOT WORK. Refused to exchange. If I hadn't paid in cash, I'd be disputing this with my bank. Unacceptable. It screams "scam."

This place is alright. The employees are decent. I however prefer their sister shop off the 31 bypass. The owner/employer is very kind and sweet. She is very educated in what she is selling and that is VERY helpful. Plus she is so much more bubbly and energetic. When I leave Prince Hookah I feel as if I've just been drained buy when I leave their sister store, I leave feeling rejuvenated! I suggest their sister store.
