Mike was so helpful! He helped with all my questions and concerns. I was a newbie to all this and did not know exactly what I wanted or what to ask for. He put my mind at ease and made the situation fun and a breeze!!! He was amazing !! Ask for him !!!

Excellent customer service! Tried out their Mood brand flower, devils mistress and Dante’s inferno, beautiful small buds - was able to look at samples in store and they were covered in sticky trisomes so knew I had to try it! Real quality (and cute imo) packaging, desired effects certainly achieved. Also tried out their ice queen dab badder, not a huge selection of concentrates but there is a selection, a tad underwhelming effect wise but that may be due to a live rosin preference. Certainly tasty and am happy with the pick up! Definitely going to return!

I recently visited Smoke Dept. on the Bypass, and it’s definitely a hidden gem in Bowling Green! The store is super cute with a great selection, and the prices are unbeatable. What really stood out was the incredible customer service from Mike. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions with a smile.
